This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned Tender Notification dated 02.11.2018 issued by the respondent for fishery right in Thiruvaranganerikulam, Eruvadi Town Panchayat, Nanguneri Taluk,

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the impugned Notification dated 02.11.2018 was withdrawn by the respondent and therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
