ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.171 of 2024 and to file a final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. before the jurisdictional Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the Manager of Manappuram Finance Limited, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.171 of 2024 on 23.04.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(1) IPC.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that 5 witnesses have been examined and investigation is pending and seeks one month time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government 2/4

Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.171 of 2024 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
