This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property/House in Door No.3044 situated at Indra Nagar, Pudukkottai without following due process of law.

2.Today(10.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
