This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the third respondent and their 1/4

subordinates and men not to harass the petitioner and her grandson based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that NBW was issued against the petitioner's son and that when the police went to the petitioner's house and enquired about whereabouts of her son, the petitioner has contacted her son and informed about the search made by the police and asked him to lock his phone. Though the petitioner is duty bound to intimate the whereabouts of her son, she has contacted his son and informed the search made by the police. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 30.09.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No das 2/4
