2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. It appears that the petitioner is having only an unregistered sale deed. But he claims to be in possession and enjoyment on the petition mentioned land for more than 30 years. The learned counsel for the petitioner further asserts that there is no rival claim.

3.I refrain from going into the merits of the matter. The respondent herein is directed to dispose of petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
