O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo issued by the first respondent, dated 02.09.2015 and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the above said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is permitted to raise all the issues before the first respondent.
