Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to close the subsisting mortgage to this respondent, with respect to the house situated in R.S.No.75/2, Plot No.12(p) Door No.3/362, in Sri Krishna Nagar, 1st Street, Thiruppalai Village, Madura District, by getting the subsisting mortgage amount as on date and thereby clear the encumbrance by returning the original documents deposited and closing the cases if any, within a time frame, fixed by this Court.
