This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to identify and demarcate the Plot No.12 at S.No.135/3B in Kattuparamakudi Village, Ramanathapuram District, which has been allotted to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's plot has been identified and demarcated. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
