This writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order issued to the petitioner in in AIVD/471/16-17, dated 01.10.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has been reinstated and the suspension order has been revoked by imposing some punishment.

3. In view of the above, the issue involved in the writ petition has become infructuous and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
