It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner is no more and in spite of their best efforts to ascertain about the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner, they could not ascertain. Hence, consequent upon the death of the sole petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is already abated. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. However, it is left open to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file appropriate application, if they are so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
