ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to direct the respondents 4 and 5 to accept the Singaravelan Committee's fees in respect of petitioner's daughter, namely, AL.Devaki for 10th standard and to sponsor the name the petitioner's daughter, namely, AL.Devaki to the 10th standard public examination.

2. Toady, When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that petitioner's daughter 10th standard public examination was to be held in the year 2018. He further stated that the matter has now become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
