ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in connection with the case in Cr.No.72 of 2023 dated 27.11.2023 on the file of the second respondent police, within a time frame.

2.It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Cr.No.72 of 2023 on 27.11.2023 for the offence under Section363 IPC. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent, after investigation, has altered the case for the offences under POCSO Act and that they have examined 17 witnesses and seeks three months time to file the final report.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
