(MD)Nos.SR13473 & SR13474 of 2017, which were filed to review the order of this Court in CRP.(MD)Nos.218 & 219 of 2017 dated 02.02.2017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing petitions to condone delay in re-presenting the review applications, the learned counsel, who appeared on behalf of the petitioner before the trial Court, informed that the matter was settled at Lok Adalat and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Recording the above submission, these civil miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as infructuous and the review applications are rejected at SR stage itself.
