The petitioner, with a grievance that his application for re-issuance of his passport has not been considered by the respondents based on the adverse report given by the Police, has filed this writ petition in the year 2016.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's passport was renewed and the same was given to him and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
