PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the amount payable to the petitioner company to the tune of Rs.1,34,81,579/- towarfds final bill and towards operation and maintenance charges for the relevant period 1/4

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the amount payable to the petitioner company by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.04.2016.

2.Today(26.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4
