ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the respondents No.7 to 18 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2018.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that he has been paying subscription to the Sivagangai, Nehru Bazaar, Walaja Nawab Jumma Pallivasal. He has stated several allegations. One such allegation is that he was ex-communicated from the Jamath and was not to allowed to Namaz in the Pallivasal.
3. Therefore, this Court without goint into the merits of the case, is directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and also to other persons who would be affeted and
thereafter, the first respondent shall consider the case and pass speaking order. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
