Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of and none appeared either in person or by an Advocate on behalf of the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties and also to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the credit of the District Mineral Foundation Trust, Ramanathapuram District, as ordered by this Court, in Crl.OP (MD)No.17614 of 2021, dated 25.11.2021.

2. when the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.12.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
