ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "EXTENSION OF TIME FOR LOWER COURT" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 21.07.2020, 17.04.2021, 12.11.2021, 23.06.2022 and 31.01.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in D.No.775, dated 17.08.2023, seeking further extension of six months time for disposal of the case in O.S.No.52/2021 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, this Court made the following order:- "The learned II Additional District Judge, Thiruchirapalli sent a letter, dated 17.08.2023 requesting an extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.52 of 2011, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 08.11.2019.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 14.07.2023, this Court is inclined to extend for another six months to dispose of O.S.No.52 of 2011. 2/3

Accordingly, six months time is extended as prayed for, from today to dispose of O.S.No.52 of 2011. "
