ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the orders of the 2nd respondent / the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 16.02.2023 has not been complied with by the respondents, has submitted a representation to the District Collector and filed this writ petition.

2.The petitioner is a senior citizen has filed an application before the RDO under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and it was allowed by order dated 16.02.2023 and the appeal filed by the 4th respondent before the District Collector was dismissed by confirming the order of the RDO. Even after the orders of the District Collector, the 4th respondent has not paid any amount as directed by the authority. Hence this writ petition. 2/4

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent, being competent authority under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, to implement the orders passed under this Act in its letter and spirit within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
