Prayer in WP(MD). 4037/ 2024 :

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue transit pass as per the supplement lease dated 09.02.2023 and consequently direct the 1/3

respondents 2 and 3 to extend the quarry lease for a period of 281 days for the unquarried period on account of the show cause notice in Rc.No.202/Mines/2022 dated 27.12.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent, without insisting fresh mining plan and fresh environment clearance.
