ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppuvanam in Cr.M.P.No.3057 of 2021, dated 24.11.2021.

2. The petitioner has moved anticipatory bail application before the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppuvanam, in Cr.M.P.No.3057 of 2021 and that petition was allowed by imposing conditions upon the petitioner that the petitioner should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties and one should be blood surety.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is not in a position to execute blood surety since the parents of the petitioners are no more and his brother and sister are not having any property. Hence, he prayed this Court to modify the above said condition.

4. This Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is having right to approach the concerned Court. Hence, he may approach the concerned Court seeking above said modification and if any trouble arises, he may approach this Court. 5.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
