ORDER

The petitioner has preferred a complaint before the second respondent/the District Registrar, Registration Department, Virudhunagar District, as per Circular No.67, which has already been withdrawn by the Department and substituted by provisions under Section 77-A of the Registration Act.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that if the petitioner prefers a fresh complaint 2/4

under Section 77-A of the Registration Act, the second respondent would consider the same and pass orders within a reasonable period.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint under Section 77-A of the Registration Act within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such complaint, the second respondent/the District Registrar, Registration Department, Virudhunagar District, shall conduct an enquiry and dispose of the same, within a period of four months thereafter.
