This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Karur in I.A.No.186 of 2018 1/3

in O.S.No.17 of 2014, dated 08.08.2018.

2.Today(22.08.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has submitted the case details of O.S.No.17 of 2014 pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Karur, which reveals that the suit in O.S.No.17 of 2014 has already been disposed of as early as on 04.06.2021 itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing on either side has also confirmed the same.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
