passed by the 2nd respondent Ref: TNSTC/Kum./TRY/SM1/ 1975/2016 dated 25.04.2016, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant him 4th and 5th review benefit and to fix the pay of the petitioner in the new scale of pay of Rs. 9300-34800-Grade Pay of Rs.4300/- and to pay him arrears of difference in salary from 01.09.2010 to 30.08.2013 and to pay him difference in retiral benefits including monthly pension, gratuity, leave salary, commutation and all other attendant benefits together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum payable from 01.07.2013 to till the date on which the above monetary benefits are settled to him.

The learned counsel for the petitioner on record submits that in view of the subsequent developments happened during the pendency of this Writ Petition, this Writ Petition has become infructuous and as such, no further adjudication is required.
2. The statement of the learned counsel is placed on record.
3. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in my considered view, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and it has to be dismissed as infructuous.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. No costs.
6. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
