This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 01.08.2019, made in W.P.(MD) No.16996 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the respondent has passed an order of rejection in compliance of the directions issued by this Court in the writ petition.
