O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer S.M.O.P.No.7 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar District to the file of Principal District and Sessions Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent submits that the parties have resolved their dispute pursuant to the mediation before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench on the basis of the following terms of agreement:- A.The respondent agreed to give Rs.14,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand Only) as monthly expenses to the petitioner and 2 children until the petitioner and children move to the respondent working place also agreed to pay the school fees and expenses for the childrens.

B.The respondent agreed to withdraw the S.M.O.P.No.7 of 2018 filed before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

C.The petitioner agreed to move the family residence near the respondent working place after this (2022-2023) academic year.

D.The respondent also assured to take care of the petitioner/wife and children's future and prospects and Medical care for children.

E.Both the petitioner and the respondent agreed to mutually to attend the family functions of both families. F.The petitioner agreed that she will not proceed further against the respondent given before All Women Police Station, Superintendent of Police, DBCWO, Virudhunagar and CM Cell. 3.In view of the compromise reached between the parties on the basis of the above said terms of agreement, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The agreement for settlement signed before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench shall form part of this order.
