ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed in Ka.No.U.Se.Po/Page No./Thi.Vi/Ko HTSC 306/A.No.744/16 dated 17.10.2016 by the second respondent.

2. Even though the writ petition has been filed challenging the penalty amount, the petitioner seems to have made the payment of penalty without protest to the respondents on 09.12.2019. The said statement had been categorically made in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
