The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce person or body of the detenu namely, Selvi wife of Esakki Raja aged 37 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The matter is listed today on the mention of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the detenu/wife of the petitioner was secured.

3.We had examined the detenu and she stated that she had gone to Tiruchendur and now the problem with the petitioner had been resolved and she expresses willingness to stay with the petitioner. 4.In view of the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
