O R D E R

The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by a husband complaining that his wife, aged about 19 years, had been missing from the marital house on and from 16.09.2024.

2. The detenu had been produced before the Court. We enquired with her. She is the wife of the petitioner. She admits that she had run away with the third respondent. The third respondent also admits that he had taken her away from the lawful guardian/her husband.

3. It is for them to decide their fate in their life. But the second respondent Kallikudi Police Station had registered FIR in Crime No.196 of 2024 under the caption "Woman Missing". Now the detenu 2/5

had been produced. No further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, the second respondent is directed to proceed in manner known in law in furtherance of registration of aforementioned First Information Report.
