Writ Petition (MD).No.23486 of 2019 3.Though the prayer sought for in this writ petition is innocuous, on perusal of the representation given by the petitioner, it is seen that the petitioner requested a ward to be allotted for women depending on the population. Thus, essentially what the petitioner seeks for is with regard to delimitation of wards in a particular panchayat. More or less an identical issue was considered by us in writ petition in W.P(MD).Nos.20690, 20060 and 21165 of 2019 dated 17.10.2019 and after taking note of the contention raised, we declined to grant relief sought for, wherein also, the petitioner sought realignment of the territorial limits of the reservation wards for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes etc. Thus, in our considered view, we cannot issue any direction considering the petitioner's representation seeks for delimitation. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
