ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order dated 27.06.2016 and 29.06.2016 with a consequential direction to disburse the petitioner's withheld retirement benefits amounting to Rs.2,21,941/-.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the benefits are disbursed to the petitioner and the entire amount is settled. To this effect, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted a communication dated 06.03.2023 before this Court. 2/4

3. Therefore, this Court is inclined to accept the said communication and close this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
