The petitioner is figuring as accused in Crime No.517 of 2015 registered on the file of the third respondent for the offences under Sections 4(1)(k) and 52(E) of Tamilnadu Prohibition Act. 2.The third respondent had already prepared the final report for dropping action in the matter. But it has not been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate till date. The third respondent is directed to file the closure report forthwith and without any delay before the jurisdictional Magistrate. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to record the same.
