This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the Appeal No.864/2019 dated 01.10.2019 pending before the 1st respondent herein preferred against the order vide proceeding no.Na.Ka.E5/21697/2019, dated 30.07.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent, within the stipulated period.

2.The petitioner's license to run Cracker Shop has been revoked by a proceedings in Na.Ka.E5/21697/2019, dated 30.07.2019 by the second respondent, against which, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent and it is pending in Appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.23053 of 2019 No.864/2019, dated 01.10.2019. Now that, the petitioner has approached this Court for early disposal of the same. 3.Heard Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 in this regard.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal No. 864/2019 dated 01.10.2019 filed by the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Such an exercise shall be done after giving due opportunity to the petitioner.
