This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take immediate and necessary action against the fourth respondent herein on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 07.09.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 07.09.2016, the Additional Superintendent of Police, Theni District, has conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 15.02.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the third respondent is directed to serve the copy of the closure report dated 15.02.2017 to the petitioner herein. No costs.
