O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.6 to 8 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 25.10.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner have three sons and one daughter. There was a dispute between the petitioner and his own sons. In this regard, he lodged a complaint on 11.10.2019 before the 4th respondent and on receipt of the same CSR No.758 of 2019 was issued to the petitioner. Since, the complaint lodged by the father as against the sons and the respondent police conducted enquiry and till now they have registered any case. Therefore, the petitioner sought for action as against the police officials namely the 7th and 8th respondents of Manamadurai police station.

3. On perusal of the records, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, CSR No.758 of 2019 was issued to the petitioner. The entire allegations are between the father and the sons. Therefore, the police officials did not registered the case. For these allegations no action cannot taken as against the police officials since they have not committed ..

4. Therefore, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and it is dismissed. However, the 5th respondent is directed to registered the case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the accused persons and deal the matter in accordance with law.
