The writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to grant 30 days emergency leave without police escort to the petitioner's husband Radhakrishnan S/o Chinnasamy (PIC.No.161936) confined at Central Prison, Trichy, forthwith considering the representation dated 17.06.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner was subsequently considered and ordinary leave for 21 days with necessary escort was granted.
