ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2016 and to enquire and remove the wrongly entered names in the Encumbrance Certificate for the land in Survey No. 1166/2A, measuring to an extent of 2.52.50 hectares at Eenjar Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.R.Prabu Ramachandran, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, and also taking into consideration that the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4

23.08.2016, the writ petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter.

4. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
