2. Captioned writ petitions pertain to licence of shops qua said Temple taken by the writ petitioners for Fasli 1426. In Gregorian calendar Fasli 1426 translates to 01.07.2016 to 30.06.2017. The period of licence is over and therefore nothing survives in the captioned writ petitions is learned writ petitioners counsel's say.

3. Recording the stated position and making it clear that I have not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter in this order. To put it differently all rights and contentions of both sides are left open. All the captioned six writ petitions and W.M.Ps are disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
