ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.449 of 2011, on the file of the second respondent police to the third respondent or any other agency in Madurai District under the supervision of the first respondent for effective investigation in the manner known to law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent, after completion of investigation, closed the same as undeducted one on 11.04.2013.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15972 of 2019 4.Under such circumstances, the transfer of investigation does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.449 of 2011 and file final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
