This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai in Crl.M.P.No.3567 of 2022, dated 13.10.2022. 1/4

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in this petition and also the submission made by both sides, the condition No.2 imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 3567 of 2022, dated 13.10.2022 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Further, the condition Nos.3 to 5 shall stand deleted. In respect of the first condition, the order of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai, shall remain unaltered.
