This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to grant temporary licence in favour of the petitioner for taking out the excess soil in S.Nos.49/4, 45/1A, 107/1 and 107/2A situated at Thenpodhuvakkudi Village, Paramakudi Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appeared on behalf of the respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.22636 of 2021 3.A Single Judge cannot grant the relief sought by the petitioner. The petitioner may file necessary Miscellaneous Petition in W.P.(MD)No.22053 of 2021, which is now pending before the First Bench in Madurai Bench.

4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
