Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and declare the petitioners period of probation with effect from 20/10/2007 by relaxing the service Rules based on the petitioners representation dated 12/03/2019 as done in the case of similarly place VAOs For Petitioner : Mr.M.Venkatesan For Respondents : Mr.R.Sethu Raman, Special Government Pleader.

W.P(MD).No.9858 of 2019 24.04.2019 has been complied with on 17.12.2019 in Roc.No.3976/2014/B1 and the grievance of the petitioner has also been met.

2.Recording the above submission, no effective order can be passed in the contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
