WMP(MD) No.19174 of 2021 petitioner and of Mr.S.SAJI BINO, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed under Rule 15(2) of the Madras High Court Writ Rules 2021 with a prayer that the payment of individual Court fee may be dispensed with, considering the status of the petitioners.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have applied for the post of Cook in Adi Dravidar & Schedule Tribe Welfare Hostel and Residential School, Trichy District and they are belonging to Scheduled Tribe caste and living in a very poor condition. Hence, they seek indulgence of this Court to permit them not to pay the court fee.

3.This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, since there are only two petitioners. The petitioners shall pay the court fee.

4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
