Criminal Revision Case is filed under section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.p.c., to take this revision petition on the file and call for the records from the lower appellate court and allowed the revision petition by setting aside the 1st condition of the order, imposed for suspension of sentence, to deposit 20 percent of the compensation amount within a month,dated.6/10/23 in Cr.M.P.No.5724 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.99 of 2023, on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. Senthil Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

'This petition has been filed to extend the three days time granted in Crl.MP. (MD)No.3520 of 2024 in Crl.RC.(MD)No.1279 of 2023 order dated 21.03.2024 in Crl.A.No.99 of 2023 to deposit 20 percent of the money before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I,(Fast Track Court), Madurai.

2. Time is extended till 11.09.2025 to comply the order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
