This Writ Petition has been challenging the order dated 13.11.2021 and for a consequential direction to the respondents 8 and 9 to admit the petitioner's son namely S.Dheekshith, S/o.Selvamoorthi, under Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 in Velammal Vidyalaya (CBSE) School.

2. Considering the nature of the relief that has been sought for in this Writ Petition, nothing survives in this Writ Petition, since it pertains to the school admission for LKG under Right to Free and Compulsory Education quota for the year 2021.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
