It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order in W.P.(MD)No.152 of 2021, dated 19.07.2021 is set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD)No.308 of 2022 and the matter is remanded back to the learned Single Judge of this Court.

2. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition does not survive and accordingly the same is closed. No costs.
