Respondents Prayer :- This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to submit necessary report to the 2nd respondent in pursuant to the proceeding of 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.B1/27815/2015 dated 26.02.2016 and with a further direction to the 2nd respondent to pass necessary orders for the change of patta in respect of the property in survey No. 259/16 measuring about 350 sq. meter situated in Maravamangalam, Kalaiyarkovil, Sivangai District. ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance' and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in 1/3

support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Maheswaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, Government Advocate, for the respondent Nos.1 to 4, this Court made the following order: "This matter is listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance' as directed by this Court vide its order dated 08.08.2024.

2. It is submitted that on 20.09.2024, the petitioner had appeared for the personal hearing pursuant to a whatsapp message, which has been sent to the petitioner's number on 18.09.2024. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was no heard on the merits of the case.

3. Be that as it may, the request of the petitioner has been rejected by order dated 09.10.2024. Therefore, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. However, it is well open to the petitioner to challenge the said order.
