ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take action against the respondents 7 to 28 for ex-communicating the petitioner and his family from their village.
2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing, Mr.Hariharan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and he has also undertaken to circulate a letter to that effect.
