ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent to implement the direction given by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court at Mudukulathur in Cr.M.P.No.1814 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023 and consequently direct the third respondent to register a case against the accused person in CSR.No.271 of 2022 dated 21.08.2022 on the file of the third respondent police. 2.It is seen from the records that the learned Magistrate has passed an order in Cr.M.P.No.1814 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023 directing the Station House Officer to conduct preliminary enquiry and if any cognizable office is made out, then proceed in accordance with law and submit a report.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that in pursuance to the directions of the learned Magistrate, enquiry was conducted and the third respondent has 2/4

submitted a report dated 30.04.2023 and he has also produced a copy of the report.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not at all examined.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
