Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 5th respondents to take immediate steps to admit the petitioner in a private multi-speciality hospital in Madurai for emergency treatment to save his life.

(b) to direct the 4th and 7th respondents to entrust the investigation in Crime No.145 of 2016, dated 31.08.2016 first registered under Sections 294(b) and 323 I.P.C. and later altered on 15.09.2016 under Sections 294(b), 323 I.P.C.

& 3(1)(r)(s) SC/ST (PoA) AO Act 2014 on the file of the Thandikudi Police Station, Dindigul to a competent officer in CBCID as per Rule 7(1) of SC/ST (PoA) Rules, 2016 of the SC/ST (PoA) Amendment Act, 2015 and to ensure effective investigation and follow up action as per the said Amendment Act, 2015 and (c) to direct the 2nd, 4th and 7th respondents to ensure appropriate action against the 8th, 9th and 10th respondents as per Section 4 of the SC/ST (PoA) Amendment Act, 2015 for wilfully neglecting their duties required to be performed under this act, and (d) directing the 1st and 5th respondents to make necessary arrangements to provide relief in cash and kind to the petitioner, family members and to his dependents according to the scale as provided in Annexure I r/w.

Annexure II of the Schedule annexed to the SC/ST (PoA) Rules, 2016 and (e) directing the 1st and 5th respondents to appoint a Special Officer as per Rule 10 of the SC/ST (PoA) Rules, 2016 to coordinate the District level officers responsible for impleading the provisions of the Act.
